LoginNouveau Organic Collection
My inspiration for these designs stems from my love of Art Nouveau, and more specifically from the Sagrada Familia Cathedral in Barcelona. Inside of this incredible building, designed by Antoni Gaudi in the late 19th Century, overwhelms me. The stone is carved in such a way that it takes on the appearance of being alive, and it gives you the feeling that you are standing inside a living creature, a gigantic being from another world.
The Nouveau Organic Collection of asymmetric pendants with serpent-like tendrils. Shaping each piece is incredibly satisfying, especially when I melt the ends of the silver wire to achieve a fluid, organic aesthetic. This technique not only adds a unique character but also infuses the design with a captivating sense of movement. It's fulfilling to witness the transformation from raw materials to finished piece of jewellery.
